Back in March I shared the evolution of my Latina locks over the course of my 38 years. But Norrin has gone through quite an evolution himself.
When Norrin was first born, he was practically bald. As the months passed and his hair started to grow, it was super fine and straight. My mother swore Norrin was going to have straight blond hair – not sure why, no one in our family has natural blond hair. By the time Norrin turned 2 years old, his hair started to curl and they were like soft ringlets framing his cherub face. And by the time Norrin was 4 – his hair was pretty wild. And then my mother decided it was time, Norrin’s hair be cut. So she took him to the barber and had it all shaved off. (Joseph wouldn’t talk to her for a week!) Now at 8 years old, Norrin’s hair is chin length and wavy – he sometimes gets mistaken for a girl.

But no matter what stage Norrin’s hair has been in, Johnson & Johnson’s products have been there every step of the way.

Did you know that a baby’s hair may double in thickness by their second birthday, but remains more delicate than adult hair? Baby hair is more prone to breakage, and for this reason, we introduce you JOHNSON’S® NO MORE TANGLES®, formulated with hair conditioners that gently moisturize as they cleanse, to nourish hair as it grows.

           JOHNSON’S® NO MORE TANGLES®
3 Step  Regimen for Healthy-Looking & Nourished Hair

1: Shampoo & Conditioner leaves hair beautiful and easy to manage
2: Leave In Conditioner controls wild frizz and tangles for silky, shiny hair
3: Detangling Spray instantly unlocks stubborn knots in wet or dry hair

We’ve been using Johnson’s products since Norrin was a baby (way before I started blogging). No that Norrin is older and I’m trying to teach him more about being independent, we still use J&J because it’s gentle enough for him to use on his own. It’s no big deal if a little soap gets in his eyes. Since it’s a Shampoo & Conditioner in one, there’s only one step he has to do.

When it comes to hair brushing, Norrin almost always puts up a fight. It’s not about the tangles, he just has extreme sensitivities so I have to be as gentle as possible. And since he’s getting older, he wants to brush his own hair.  The Leave-in Conditioner and Detangling Spray allows Norrin to brush through his own hair without any kind of struggle.
