January is National Get Organization Month. And one of the things I’m trying to get organized is the blog. I’ve been blogging for more than six years and it’s been a roller coaster ride. Some years have been better than others. This year, I really want to focus on my blog stats. Because even though some folks say “it’s not about the numbers” – let’s be for real, it’s always about the numbers.
I took some time this weekend to create a printable for myself to help keep track of my monthly blog stats and my blog posts.

Yeah, I know I could use a planner for this. But I like having a one-page cheat sheet.
And if I’m really being honest, there’s something about writing it down that I find helpful.
At the end of 2017, I can track the growth of my social media numbers – not only month to month, but week to week. It will be a good assessment for the next year.

As for the Blog Post Tracker printable, I like this because I always have a lot of ideas. But my days of writing five times a week are few and far between. I hate having to cross things out or erase things I’ve written down in my planner. And often my ideas get lost. I can carry this cheat sheet with me and when I have an idea, I can write it down.
In this digital age, the easiest way for me to stay organized is to write it down. Click To Tweet
